Skincare is important to everyone, beauty begins with a healthy, fresh, glowing skin. Looking fabulous without makeup is possible, if we look after our skin, if we spend some time not just covering it with foundation in the morning, but nurturing and cleaning it regularly.

A bőrápolás mindenkinek fontos, és a szépség az egészséges bőrrel kezdődik. Smink nélkül is érezhetjük magunkat sugárzónak, ha kellően odafigyelünk a bőrünk tisztítására, ápolására!
This is our 4 step skincare routine we follow once a week, doesn't take longer than 20 minutes, and is keeping our skin in it's best condition.

Ezt a 4 lépésből álló bőrápolási rutint követjük heti egyszer legalább, nem tart tovább 20 percnél, és tényleg elengedhetetlen ahhoz, hogy ápolt legyen a bőrünk.
Step #1 - EXFOLIATION involves the removal of the oldest dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. It speeds up the process of shedding leaving your skin smooth and radiant. It can be achieved through mechanical or chemical means, in this routine we are using the mechanical method which means our favourite exfoliant scrub. (We will also introduce our preferred chemical peel in a future post, so stay tuned for updates.)
A very important first step, as your skin needs to be renewed every so often, needs to free your pores from the dead cells. Our favourite scrub exfoliates with fossilised algae, a natural marine diatom. We find it crucial to only use products that do not harm the environment. We have recently read some reviews about a scrub (which we will not name here) that has micro-beads - PLASTIC!!! - as an ingredient, so guess where that goes once you rinse it off your face?

#1 - HÁMLASZTÁS ami az elhalt hámsejtek eltávolítását jelenti. Ezt két módon tehetjük meg: kémiai és mechanikai, ebben a bejegyzésben mi az utóbbiról írunk most ami a kedvenc mélytisztító bőrradírunkat jelenti. (egy szuper kémiai hámlasztót is bemutatunk majd egy következő bejegyzésben) A bőrradírozás egy nagyon fontos lépés a bőrápolásban, a pórusok tisztán tartásában. A mi jól bevált radírunk fosszilis algával hámlaszt.
Step #2 - MUD MASK to treat our skin. This green magic deep cleanse our face, absorbs excess oil and draws out toxins. At the same time it also nurtures our face with more than 50 skin-beneficial minerals, such as Magnesium, Copper, Silver, Zinc... they aid the skin's antimicrobial activity, help to modulate oil production and to improve skin strength. The mud is obtained from a remote glacial estuary in the Pacific Northwest, and legend has it that Native Americans tried to make pottery from this special mud, however they were unsuccessful because of its fine particle size. They noticed though that their hands were softer and smoother.
Super easy to use, apply a generous layer to your skin, let it dry for 15-20 minutes, until the mud turns aquamarine colour, you will see as the excess oil is leaving your skin - it is fantastic to see the product working! Once it is completely dry, just rinse it off. Your face will feel immediately softer.

#2 - ISZAP PAKOLÁSsal tisztítjuk az arcunkat, eltávolítja a méreganyagokat, és magába szívja a felesleges olajat. Ezzel egyidejűleg pedig táplálja is a bőrt több, mint 50 ásványi anyaggal, úgy mint ezüst, magnézium, réz, cink... melyek bőrünk sebezhetőségét csökkentik, faggyútermelését szabályozzák.
Használata nagyon egyszerű, miután felvittük az arcunkra, kb 15-20 percet várunk, hogy megszáradjon, eközben az iszap kivilágosodik, és apró pöttyök jelennek meg ahol a felesleges olaj távozik. Vízzel leöblítjük és azonnal érezhető a különbség, bőrünk sokal puhább és simább!
Step #3 - TONER to return our complexion to its ideal PH. The toner we use, purifies our skin and balances oil with fennel fruit extract, strawberry extract helps to diminish the appearance of pores and to combat free radicals.

#3 - TONIZÁLÁS a bőr ideális pH értékének visszaállítása érdekében. Mi olyan tonikot használunk amely eperkivonattal gondoskodik a szabad gyökök megkötéséről miközben csökkenti a pórusok láthatóságát.
Step #4 - to MOISTURE, and we love to do it with this Moisture Mist, which contains hyaluronic acid - a moisture binding ingredient, and Sodium PCA - a component of the skin believed to be responsible for its moisture retention ability. Using products with this ingredient will help eliminate the negative environmental factors such as cold, heat or wind, that gives a flaky rough feeling to your skin. NaPCA works by retaining the water in your skin, and also attracts moisture from the atmosphere to your skin. It feels just like a light mist, but it works hard!
It is capable to plump a dry fruit back to its original shape in a few hours, unlikely mineral oils that you will find in most moisturisers.

#3 - HIDRATÁLÁS, amit a hidratáló bőrpermettel intézünk el, mely hyaluron savval és Sodium PCA-val segít megőrizni bőrunk optimális víztartalmát. A NaPCA bőrünk azon komponense, mely a hidratáltság megtartásáért felelős, igy az olyan termékek használata, melyek ezt az összetevőt tartalmazzák, segítenek kizárni azokat a környezeti hatásokat (szél, hideg, hőség) amelyek szárítják a bőrünket.
Olyannyira hidratál, hogy még egy aszalt gyümölcsöt is vissza tud állítani eredeti állapotába, melyre az ásványi olajok sem képesek, pedig a legtöbb hidratáló termék azt tartalmazza.
